Return Policy and Shipping Information
At RT Beverage we are committed to quality. The products we sell our date-coded to ensure that our customers receive fresh items with every order. If you are not satisfied with the product or merchandise received from our website, please return it to our Customer Service Department within 30 days of the original order date for credit or replacement product. Credits will be applied to your credit card account within 2-4 weeks following product return - shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Our return policy does not allow for refunds on products returned after this 30-day window.
We recommend that returns are sent via an insured mail carrier (such as UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or US Mail with an insurance option) to guarantee receipt of your package. If you are returning equipment ordered from our website, please use the original packaging it was received in to decrease the risk of damage in-transit. To expedite your return, please complete the return / exchange form on the front of your packing slip and enclose it with the items you are returning. Be sure to indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

General Shipping Terms
In stock items are shipped within 24 hours from receipt of order. We ship to the United States only.
We have a special flat rate, $5.00 shipping charge on all orders, regardless of size. Shipping will be done using one of the following ground carrier’s: UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, and USPS. We also reserve the right to deliver the product using our own fleet.
